Therapy that meets your child where they are.
Every session is built around your child's unique neurological profile, emotional experience, and way of showing up in the world — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Every child deserves to feel understood, accepted, and empowered.
My clinical philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child deserves to feel understood, accepted, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. I approach therapy through a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens, recognizing that each child has a unique neurological profile, emotional experience, and way of interacting with the world.
I believe that behavior is a form of communication. Rather than focusing solely on correcting behaviors, I work to understand the underlying emotional, developmental, sensory, and environmental factors influencing a child's responses.
Ultimately, my goal is not to change who a child is, but to help them understand themselves, develop the skills to navigate challenges, and feel confident in their individuality. I want families to leave therapy feeling more connected, capable, and hopeful.
An integrative approach tailored to your child.
I integrate evidence-based modalities and adapt them to meet each child's developmental needs and individual strengths — not the other way around.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Helps children identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build coping strategies, and develop greater self-awareness.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Teaches practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Centers on strengths and what's already working, helping children and families build momentum toward meaningful change.
Play-Based Interventions
For younger children, play is the language of therapy — a natural, low-pressure way to process emotions and build skills.
Meet wherever works best for you.
Therapy should fit your life. I offer three flexible formats so your child can access support in the setting where they feel most comfortable.
In-Person
Sessions held at 850 Concourse Pkwy S, Suite 200, Office #230, Maitland, FL 32751 — a calm, welcoming space designed with neurodivergent clients in mind.
Virtual (Telehealth)
Secure video sessions from the comfort of home — ideal for clients who prefer familiar surroundings or have scheduling constraints.
In the Community
For clients who benefit from real-world practice, sessions can take place in community settings to build skills where they're needed most.
Parents and caregivers are essential partners.
Meaningful progress extends beyond the therapy room. Through psychoeducation, collaboration, and practical strategies, I help families better understand their child's needs, strengthen communication, and create supportive environments where children can thrive.
For families where additional parental support is needed, I offer twice-weekly sessions that include dedicated parent coaching alongside your child's individual work. This intensive format is available at a packaged rate — reach out to discuss whether it's the right fit for your family.
