Therapy designed for the way neurodivergent minds actually work.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent children (ages 2+), teens, and young adults — and the families who support them. Whether your child is 2 or 25, if you've been told they're "too much" or "not enough," you're in the right place.
Children
For young neurodivergent children
Early childhood is a critical window. For young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, or other neurodivergent diagnoses, the right support at ages 2–12 can make an enormous difference. I work with children on communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and behavior — using play-based and structured approaches that meet kids where they are.
Teens
For neurodivergent teens
The teen years are hard for everyone. For autistic and neurodivergent teens, they can feel impossible — navigating friendships, school demands, sensory overwhelm, and a world that wasn't built for the way they think. I work with teens on anxiety, social skills, emotional regulation, and building a sense of self they can actually feel good about.
Young Adults
For neurodivergent young adults
The transition to adulthood is a major shift — college, work, relationships, independence. For neurodivergent young adults, this period often brings burnout, masking fatigue, and the realization that strategies that worked in high school no longer cut it. I help young adults build real-world skills, understand themselves better, and create a life that actually fits them.
For families
For parents and families
Parenting a neurodivergent child, teen, or young adult is its own kind of hard. You want to help, but it's not always clear how. I offer regular family check-ins, practical strategies you can use at home, and a clear picture of what your child is working on in therapy. You're not on the outside — you're part of the team.
