15+ years helping neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults find their footing.
I became a therapist because I believe every person deserves support that actually fits the way their mind works — not a one-size-fits-all approach that asks them to mask or conform.
My background
I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I've spent more than 15 years specializing in autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and neurodivergent presentations — working with children as young as 2 through young adults in individual therapy, group settings, and family support.
My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused methods — all adapted to be concrete, visual, and structured in ways that actually work for neurodivergent brains at every age.
I'm based in Orlando, FL and offer all sessions virtually via a secure, HIPAA-conscious platform — so you can access quality, specialized care from wherever you are in Florida.
What working together looks like
Neurodiversity-affirming
The goal isn't to make anyone less themselves. It's to give them tools that make life feel more manageable — on their own terms, at any age.
CBT & DBT, adapted
Evidence-based methods made concrete and visual, with clear structure and predictable routines that neurodivergent minds can actually use.
Families included
Parents get regular check-ins and practical strategies to support progress at home — not just updates, but real tools.
Coordinated care
With your permission, I work alongside pediatricians, psychiatrists, and schools to make sure everyone is on the same page.
